Privacy and personal data
Data we process
For accounts: username, email, password hash, verification state, active sessions, and a log of important actions. For the private-beta AI catalogue: profile details, solution descriptions, and customer enquiries. For the Weather API: key identifier, endpoint, response status, request count, and usage time. Plain-text passwords and API key secrets are not stored.
Purposes
Data is used for account registration and security, API key issue and revocation, infrastructure abuse prevention, user support, and—only in the private agents section—delivery of an enquiry to the selected developer.
External services
Maps load OpenStreetMap tiles directly in the browser, so the tile operator receives ordinary request metadata including the IP address. Forecasts and city search are processed by ProjectEOL. The weather-signals service is called server-side and does not receive ProjectEOL browser cookies. On public pages, Yandex Metrica—with Session Replay and click maps—loads automatically. Yandex may receive the IP address, browser and device details, page URL and referrer, and interface interaction data. Metrica is not loaded on account, portal, administration, OAuth, or AI-agents-subdomain pages. Advertising and social widgets are not used.
Retention and protection
Data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes, security, and mandatory records. Specific retention periods for logs, enquiries, and deleted accounts must be approved before public launch. Secret hashing, request throttling, protective HTTP headers, and important-action logging are used.
Demand Analytics
For commercial analytics, a user may upload aggregate business demand data: date/time, location and a sales metric, plus category, price, promotion, and stockout where available. Buyer personal data is not required and must not be uploaded. Files are used only to build the project owner’s model, are held in non-public storage, and are removed when the project is deleted; backup retention follows the operator’s backup policy.
Your choices and rights
The Got it button dismisses the cookie notice. This browser stores the three most recent places whose forecasts were opened; clear this history next to city search. Cookies and local data can be deleted in browser settings. A user may also change their email, terminate active sessions, and request deletion of the account and associated personal data subject to mandatory exceptions.
